We offer mental health therapy to assist with a variety of complex matters and events. Self-Reflections offers services to all individuals regardless of race, age, gender or beliefs. We serve children, youth, adolescence and adults. In-person and online therapy options are available. Some of the clinical services we offer are addressing:

Accepting UPHP, State Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna, Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Cash payments at this time.

Financial assistance available.

Financial assistance is provided through a sliding fee scale. We understand that the cost of health care impacts everybody. We offer reduced payment through a sliding scale based on family income. Insurance is billed when coverage is available.
